MESB BERHAD (\”MESB\” OR THE \”COMPANY\”)

– SUSPENSION OF TRADING

The Board of Directors of MESB wished to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has approved the Company’s request for a suspension of trading of its securities on the Main Market of Bursa Securities from 2.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 12 October 2020, pending the release of a material announcement.

The request for suspension is made pursuant to Paragraph 3.1(b) of Practice Note 2 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
