The division is made up of seven wholly owned subsidiaries – Formidex Sdn. Bhd., N.U. Recycle Sdn. Bhd., Waier Trading Sdn. Bhd., MESB Resources Sdn. Bhd., Earthwise Resources Sdn. Bhd., Expert Resource Management Sdn. Bhd., and Tudor Energy Sdn. Bhd. – each contributing uniquely to our integrated recycling operations across the country. Together, these subsidiaries form a cohesive and efficient recycling ecosystem that strengthens Lotus Circular’s environmental efforts. Since 2014
Incorporated in 2014, specializes in slitting services and the sale of trim waste, supporting industrial sectors with efficient waste processing solutions.

MESB Resources
Sdn. Bhd.

Since 2021
Incorporated in 2021, MESB Resources Sdn Bhd recycles and distributes wastepaper, plastic scrap, and metals, supporting manufacturers and dealers while promoting sustainable resource recovery and circular economy practices.

Earthwise Resources

Since 2001
Operational since 2001, primarily trades in a diverse range of recycling materials including scraps, plastics, paper, and wood chips across key locations to maximize resource recovery.

Expert Resource Management Sdn. Bhd.

Operational since 2020, specializes in the dealing of targeted recycling materials such as scraps and plastics, providing dedicated support and management for the pulp and paper manufacturing industry.
