| The Board of Directors of LCB wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval for the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature at the forthcoming Thirtieth Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the above proposal will be issued to the shareholders of the Company together with the Company’s Annual Report 2025.
