– NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DEAL IN SECURITIES DURING CLOSED PERIOD
We wish to announce that the Company has today received a notification from an Affected Person of the Director, namely, Madam Tan Sok Gim who is the spouse of the Director, Mr Teoh Hwa Peng of her intention to deal in the securities of the Company during closed period. The Company is currently in closed period pending the release of its fourth quarter results for the period ended 31 December 2010. Details of her shareholdings as at the date of notification are set out as below:
