| Announcement Details/Table Section :On behalf of the Board of Directors of MESB, HwangDBS Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that MESB has today, entered into a share sale agreement with Tepat Pesona Sdn Bhd for the disposal of 8,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, representing 100% equity interest in Maintenance Engineering Sdn Bhd, for a total cash consideration of RM4,500,000 (“Proposed ME Disposal”).
