The division is made up of four wholly owned subsidiaries – Formidex Sdn. Bhd., N.U. Recycle Sdn. Bhd., Waier Trading Sdn. Bhd., and MESB Resources Sdn. Bhd. – each contributing uniquely to our integrated recycling operations across the country. Together, these subsidiaries form a cohesive and efficient recycling ecosystem that strengthens Lotus Circular’s environmental efforts. Our goal is not only to reduce environmental impact but to create long-term value through sustainable practices and resource recovery.

Since 2007
Established in 2007, focuses on the sales and purchase of a wide range of recyclable materials, connecting suppliers and buyers to promote a circular economy.

Formidex
Sdn. Bhd.

Since 2014
Incorporated in 2014, specializes in slitting services and the sale of trim waste, supporting industrial sectors with efficient waste processing solutions.

MESB Resources
Sdn. Bhd.

Since 2021
Incorporated in 2021, MESB Resources Sdn Bhd recycles and distributes wastepaper, plastic scrap, and metals, supporting manufacturers and dealers while promoting sustainable resource recovery and circular economy practices.
